Green Tea Gaining popularity due to all of the potential health benefits green teas are non oxidized keeping the leaf green, the liquor light and the taste mild. Best brewed with water under a boil for about 3 minutes green teas, brewed in this way, have the least amount of caffeine about 1/15th as much as the same size cup of coffee.
